Each active project. A project counts while it is set up in Project Central and using any of the project tools: Project Report, Commercials, Registers or Meeting Minutes. Enterprise has no limit.
A full Submission Studio draft or a Capability Statement draft. The plan line "Submission Studio and Capability Statement generations" is one allowance shared between the two tools. Everything else drafted with Charlo counts as a knowledge base query.
Each question you ask your knowledge base is one query. An agent search, which digs further before it answers, counts as up to 3. Each Draft with Charlo action outside Submission Studio and Capability Statement generation also uses one query from this allowance.
One document Charlo reads and maps into place for you: a progress claim into Commercials, a variation or RFI into a register, an opportunity into Work Ahead CRM. You check the result before it goes in. Form reads are measured in 10 page units, so a 6 page claim is 1 form read and a 25 page claim is 3.
A standard document unit (SDU) measures what you load into your knowledge base. One SDU covers up to 50 pages, so a 20 page document is 1 SDU and a 65 page document is 2.
Everything Charlo keeps for you: the documents you upload, the documents it produces, and the working data behind them. For scale, a typical QS cost plan is about 2.5 MB, so 50 GB holds roughly 20,000 of them.
Total accounts is how many named logins your organisation can have. Concurrent users is how many of those people can be working in Charlo at the same time. Think of them as shared hot desks: any of your accounts can sit at one. On Starter, for example, up to 10 people have logins and 5 can be in at once.
Every plan includes Charlo's ready-made templates. Set your own colours, logos, watermarks and more yourself, no extra cost.
They are different from the built-in templates. Built-in templates come with every plan and you customise them yourself. Custom templates are built by Charlo to match your existing documents exactly: your logo, colours, fonts and layout, so every output looks like it came from you. They are on application, for an additional fee, on Starter and included on Growth and Enterprise.
